We will give you the “Rules of the Challenge” along with a calendar of FREE events to attend. There will be field trips, exercise groups or a support group that you can attend. Can do all or none…your choice! YOU will do better with knowledge and group support. In addition you will receive daily notices with health tips, meal planning and exercise challenges.
